If tickets are not available on the Voila website, please check with the venue, as tickets may still be available via their box office. Links and contact information can be found via the venues page.
TICKETS SOLD OUT?
If you’re seeing a sold out message on this website, it means that we have run out of the festival’s share of tickets, but the venue is likely to have tickets still available on their website or on the door.
TICKETS NOT ON SALE?
Tickets are on sale on the Voila! website up to 3 hours in advance of the performance time, to give the venues a chance to get all the audience lists ready at the box office before the show. If you’re seeing a message that says online sales have ended here, it means that we have stopped selling tickets on the Voila website, but tickets are likely to still be available on the venue’s website or on the door.
THE FINE PRINT
We are not able to process refunds; all sales are final with the exception of transfers as follows:
Tickets purchased via the Voila website may be transferred to another performance of the same show, up to 24 hours in advance of the start time. Within 24 hours of the start time, we are unable to transfer tickets.
