If tickets are not available on the Voila website, please check with the venue, as tickets may still be available via their box office. Links and contact information can be found via the venues page.

If you’re seeing a sold out message on this website, it means that we have run out of the festival’s share of tickets, but the venue might have tickets still available on their website or on the door.
TICKETS NOT ON SALE?
Tickets are on sale on the Voila! website up until the show’s performance time. If you’re seeing a message that says online sales have ended here, it means that we have stopped selling tickets on the Voila website, but tickets are likely to still be available on the door.

Terms and conditions for the purchase of tickets via the Voila! Website.
We do our best to ensure that all the information on our website is current and accurate.
Voila! Theatre Festival is produced by the Cockpit and the central Voila! Box Office is managed by the Cockpit.
1. PURCHASING TICKETS
1.1 “Confirmation” means the confirmation email sent to you by us acknowledging your booking and setting out the details of your booking.
1.2 . If you make a group booking, you accept these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of the group and are responsible for all payments due to you or us from the party.
1.3 Only persons who are at least 18 years of age are permitted to purchase our products or services. By booking tickets you warrant that you comply with this requirement.
1.4 If there are any changes to your details once your booking has been concluded then it is your responsibility to inform Voila.
1.5 Voila reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any tickets ordered.
1.6. It is your responsibility to check that any tickets issued to you or sales made to you are for products you want.
2. REFUNDS
2.1 Show Tickets: Tickets for shows are not refundable.
2.2 By purchasing a ticket to a show, you shall be deemed to consent to your being filmed where the event or performance is being filmed
2.3 The venue reserves the right to ask for proof of eligibility for concessions at the access points for any show.
3. TRANSFERS
3.1. No purchase for any of our products or services may be transferred or resold for commercial purposes or at a premium.
3.2 You can apply to us to change a ticket to another date of the same show up to 24 hours before the show. If we are able to, we will change the booking to another date within the same run. Application to change a ticket date should be made to boxoffice@voilafestival.co.uk. We are sorry but where no other dates for the same show are available we are not able to change or refund your ticket.
3.3 We are sorry but where a discount code has been used we are not able to change or refund tickets.
4. CHANGES
4.1 Voila shall be entitled to make changes as to speakers, performers, running times and such other matters as it thinks fit in the case of any event.
4.2 All show tickets are sold subject to Voila’s right to make any alterations in the cast or programme details advertised on Voila website or other appropriate location.
5. PRICE AND BOOKING FEE
5.1 The price (including all taxes where relevant) of all tickets are specified on the Voila website. These details are based on the best available information to Voila.
5.2 We charge a 1.50 booking fee on all tickets for shows at Voila festival. This is to cover the fees we pay to third parties facilitating the transaction, e.g. third party processing fees, box office service provider fees, etc. Booking fees will be added upon conclusion of the booking process.
6. CANCELLATION
6.1 Where a performance has been cancelled we will refund you the full amount you paid.
6.2 Where a performance has been cancelled or abandoned when more than half of the performance has taken place Voila may, in its discretion, refund to you the face value of the Tickets purchased (excluding any delivery charges).
6.3 Voila will endeavour to issue a refund to you using the same method of payment that you used to make the purchase.
7. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES
7.1 Our website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than Voila/The Cockpit. The operation of such websites is outside Voila’s control and you proceed at your own risk. Voila does not endorse or sponsor and is not liable for the products, services or content you access through any linked site.
8. DATA PROTECTION
8.1 The Cockpit will collect, use, store and disclose your personal details. But not to any third party unless required to do so by law or in the course of a purchase by you.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
9.1 All the terms of any Contract are contained or are referred to within these terms and conditions.
10. SEVERABILITY
10.1 If any part of these terms and conditions is held to be unenforceable this will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
11. GOVERNING LAW
11.1 These terms and conditions concluded incorporating these terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
