DATES OF FESTIVAL PERFORMANCES
The Playground will programme Voila shows from 11 – 23rd November| no shows on Monday 17th and Tuesday 18th
NUMBER OF PERFORMANCES
1-2 performances per show – show of 1h maximum to share double bill with other show on the same night.
RUNNING TIMES
50 – 60 min.
TECH TIMES
3-4h depending on how heavy on tech for the show is.
TURNAROUND TIMES & VENUE ACCESS
20-30min turnover between shows, details to be discussed once a show is programmed at The Playground.
TECHNICIANS
1 technician to support with programming of simple lighting stages or charge of min £60 for extra support on tech.
FINANCIAL DEAL
Please note, the venue’s financial deal is separate from the £150 festival registration fee.
Hire fee: 50/50 split with deposit of £150 against cancellation.
