What happens when your mind and body are never on the same page? July 15th to ... is a one-woman physical theatre performance about living with bipolar disorder and the ongoing process of healing. As emotional highs give way to devastating lows, the body becomes the battlefield where memory, trauma and survival collide. When words fail, the body keeps moving. Through movement and intimate storytelling, audiences are invited into Ella's world, experiencing not only the instability of bipolar disorder, but also the resilience, hope and healing that emerge from it.
