Blue hour - the brief period just before sunrise and after sunset. The transition between day and night. The space between waking and dreaming.

Blue hour weaves between the waking and dreaming lives of two couples. Sanja and Owen have just moved in together in Portsmouth, but something doesn’t feel quite right. Owen is eager to start a family, but Sanja can’t escape a recurring dream that pulls her back to her roots in Germany.

Meanwhile, Marie and Kara are in love, but something is holding both of them back. Marie just can’t find her place in life, and flits between different pursuits in a chaotic London life, while Greek photographer Kara is struggling to commit and starts to feel unsettled by the strange things Marie does in her sleep.
