PROGRAMMING AIMS
Ideal for performances ranging from comedy, one-person shows, stand-up, cabaret, and new writing. We welcome shows in all languages and have particular success with French-language productions, which have historically sold very well in our venue.

1-3 performances of each title
RUNNING TIMES
We programme 50 minutes to one hour length shows but shows with a longer duration can be accommodated if they suit our space.
TECH TIMES
Your get in time 1hr before is included. You can book extra technical time, for £25 per hour.
TURNAROUND TIMES & VENUE ACCESS
Your get in time 1hr before is included. The stage space and auditorium must be clear by 15mins after curtain down.
TECHNICIANS
Our technician will be available to tech your show and will be available during your get- in time. There will also be a box office staff member available at every performance. £70 staffing fee (per performance per hour). Our £70 staffing covers a technician, box office, FOH (front of house staff) and access to the theatre one hour prior to curtain up. If your show runs over 1 hour, the staffing fee will be increased accordingly i.e., 90mins (£105 staffing fee), 2 hours (£140 staffing fee).
FINANCIAL DEAL
Please note, the venue’s financial deal is separate from the festival registration fee.
Hire fee: We offer a 55/45 box office split in company favour against a guarantee of £200 per performance (i.e., we will take either 45% of ticket sales or £200 per show, whichever is greater) plus a £70 staffing fee (per performance per hour). Our £70 staffing covers a technician, box office, FOH (front of house staff) and access to the theatre one hour prior to curtain up. If your show runs over 1 hour, the staffing fee will be increased accordingly i.e.,90mins (£105 staffing fee), 2 hours (£140 staffing fee).
Deposit: We require the first staffing fee (£70) upon signing of the contract to act as a holding deposit to secure your booking. We can offer rehearsal space for £15 per hour and technical rehearsal for £25.

VAT: VAT is not applicable.
ONLINE SHOWS
We will focus on the live performances and not offer online shows at our venue.
