PROGRAMMING AIMS
At Arches Lane Theatre, we are looking for big shows, shows with large casts, cabaret, musicals or shows with songs or live music in them, dance, movement heavy, or simply shows that are confident in being able to fill a hundred seater.
TYPES OF PERFORMANCE THE VENUE IS SUITABLE FOR
Larger shows, shows with a lot of movement, show with elaborate sets or that can fill a 7m x 5m stage.
DATES OF FESTIVAL PERFORMANCES
Arches Lane Theatre will programme Voila performances from 3 – 22 November 2026.
NUMBER OF PERFORMANCES
Ideally we’d like to program runs of 5-6 performances, but this will be informed by the show’s predicted ability to sell tickets.
RUNNING TIMES
We program 2 hour slots, including set-up and take down, but we welcome longer shows. If the show is longer than 75 minutes, there will be a different fee/performance.
TECH TIMES
We offer each company a 4 hours tech slot free of charge.
TURNAROUND TIMES & VENUE ACCESS
Access to the venue starts at 10am, access to the stage/main auditorium is granted 30 minutes before show time.
TECHNICIANS
A technician can be provided on request to plot lights, create a QLab file and operate the show, at £15/hour.
FINANCIAL DEAL
Please note, the venue’s financial deal is separate from the festival registration fee.
Hire fee: £200/performance, £200 non-refundable deposit which will act as payment for the first performance in the settlement. Discounted rate for rehearsal space for Voila companies.

Ticket Prices: Recommended ticket prices are £20/£15.
VAT: VAT is not applicable.
ONLINE SHOWS
We will focus on the live performances and not offer online viewings this year.
