CODACHROME: A live DJ set about the time I fell in love with a [trigger warning] is a party play told by two disc jockeys and a deck. Remy, an adult, discovers their intimate partner is a [trigger warning], and must now face the challenge of investigating how trauma might breed such behaviors or thought patterns—and how queer identity affects the way we judge what it means to tend to one another’s wounds.
They dissect these complicated questions as the life of the party, because there’s nowhere more romantic to meet yourself than on the dance floor.
